Once your invoice is paid and I receive your photo, jpg, tiff, bmp, or other digital image of the property you want depicted, I will start the art work. It usually takes about two weeks. Once finished, I will email you a Sample Art Work picture for your approval. After your approval, I will mail your art work via USPS, Priority Mail with insurance & delivery confirmation. I accept payment through Pay Pal (preferred), or money orders, or cashiers checks. The cost for shipping is $10.00 ( for the 8x10) within the United States. I can only draw what I see or make it up. I need a clear picture of what you want; for it to be accurate . So, please do you best to send a complete picture from the angle you want. If you take the picture, it is most impressive if you shoot low, ( I like sit down flat on the ground.) Details of small items help to, but only if taken from the same angle. I create a piece of art. Please look at my samples. I take some artistic licence. I use color, atmosphere, tone and symmetric balance to create art. If you want a coloring book drawing, hand colored, I am not your guy. I am areal artist and I do real art. If after receiving your Sample Art Work, by email, you are not satisfied, please contact me immediately. Sometimes small changes can be made, but very seldom, but rest assured I will refund your purchase price in full before mailing the original, thereby saving a return shippment.
